Join us for an evening of Sauna and Cold Plunging with punchy for their exciting new launch, followed by a panel talk about all things health & nutrition with actor & punchy Investor; Ncuti Gatwa (best known for Sex Education) and registered nutritionist Sophie Gatsman (also known as @sophiethenutritionist +345K followers).

Date: Thursday, 22nd of October 2026.Guests will need to bring their swimwear and optional flip flops/sliders. 2x towels will be provided (one to sit on, one to dry with).The timings from the venue will be as follows:
6 pm - Guest Arrival & Welcome (arrive 15 mins before your sauna session)
6:30 pm- 7:15 pm - Sauna & Cold Plunge session 1.
7:30 pm- 8:15pm - Sauna & Cold Plunge session 2.
8:45pm - 9:30pm - Panel talk with Ncuti Gatwa, and Sophie Gastman, and GorpGirls host.

Tickets include x1 sauna & cold plunge sessions, punchy gift and access to the Panel Talk with Ncuti and Sophie.
