Slow down and spend a fall morning exploring one of Brooklyn’s most beautiful green spaces. Join Gorp Girls for a beginner-friendly morning of birding at **Green-Wood Cemetery**, led by Michael from McGolrick Park Bird Club.

Event Details

- Learn to spot and identify local and migratory birds with McGolrick Park Bird Club
- Binoculars encouraged, but not required
- Wear comfortable walking shoes and bring water
- Expect a relaxed walking pace with stops throughout the morning

Getting There
We’ll meet at the Main Entrance of Green-Wood Cemetery at 25th Street & 5th Avenue in Brooklyn. The entrance is just a short walk from the 25th Street R train station.

Please keep in mind that Green-Wood is an active cemetery. We ask everyone to be respectful of the grounds, services, and those visiting loved ones throughout the walk.
