Cancellation policy: The cancellation policy is as follows: Any cancellations between now and the event day must be communicated clearly to us via email. This must be info@gorpgirls.com or the email in which a reminder email is sent from. Attendees may cancel up to 72 hours before the event start time to receive a full refund. If the attendee cancels after the cancellation window, we cannot refund the ticket. This is because we will be unable to fill the spot for the event passed this time. No-shows will not receive a refund, this includes those who text to cancel after the meet time.
